The daily reading of the Lord's Prayer in the Ontario parliament is to be discontinued. Today, February 13th 2008, Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty announced on the CBC that due to the fact that 50% of the population of Toronto was born outside of Canada, a more appropriate prayer will be considered. The Lords Prayer has been read at the beginning of parliament in Ontario until this shocking event today. By abolishing the Lords prayer from government proceedings they are turning away from Jesus Christ.
Jesus Christ himself gave us this prayer.

Matthew 24:10 And then many will fall away, and betray one another, and hate one another. 11 And many false prophets will arise and lead many astray. 12 And because wickedness is multiplied, most men's love will grow cold.

Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty has turned his back on Jesus Christ of Nazareth, by whom the Lord's Prayer was given to us.
