Start with the testimony of Jesus Christ and read it over and over until you understand it.
Those of us who understand the Holy Word of God know that reading the bible will lead us closer to Him, through Jesus of Nazareth. Don't be led astray into myths by unscrupulous "men of God".
If it doesn't say so in the testimony of Jesus Christ, then it is not the truth.
If you are a Christian you will forgive me for my spelling errors. Sometimes my thoughts fly across the keyboard without time for editing.

ONE CHRISTIAN'S COMMENTARY

I have been involved with a time consuming discussion on a false prophet named Ronald Weinland. I have not relented defending the faith in Jesus Christ, and it seems I am slowly becoming triumphant over his lies. I will write about this on the prophecy page in the future. The random scripture I have selected is fitting for this recent experience. Ronald Weinland and his "church of god preparing for the kingdom" has taken up most of my internet time since august. He is an example of those who would deceive you so he can benefit financially. He gives religion a bad name. He leads the weak minded astray. He will have his reward in the end if he does not repent.

We should all seek happiness and pursue it diligently. Whenever a situation presents itself which causes one to feel anger or sadness, we should rebel against that emotion, and endeavor to choose happiness, and stick to it refusing to turn to anger. Bible Code Prophecy
Bible codes and coded prophecy are rampant on the internet and in books. God does not hide the truth in secret codes that only the enlightened can understand. When He does use symbolism or code he explains in plain language.

"There are some things in them hard to understand, which the ignorant and unstable twist to their own destruction, as they do the other scriptures. You therefore, beloved, knowing this beforehand, beware lest you be carried away with the error of lawless men and lose your own stability."
2 Peter 3:16-17

In the book of revelation there are some visions which are immediately explained as to what they mean. Don't be led astray by men, trust in the word of God and you will have the peace in yourself that Jesus talked about.

Same Sex Marriage
I have taken the plunge and decided to comment on same sex marriage. This may cause a lot of controversy but........ same sex relationships have nothing to do with the word "marriage".

William Tyndale is credited with the first English translation and printing of the scriptures. He was accused of "willfully perverting the meaning of the Scriptures" and his New Testaments were ordered to be burned as "untrue translations".
In October 1536 he was publicly executed and burned at the stake.
Yet Tyndale's work became the foundation of the subsequent english language versions.

YHWH

The Name of God is a controversy among the many denominations of Christianity. YHWH, otherwise known as the tetragrammaton, has been translated into many names. More notably is Jehovah, the translation made by the American Standard version of the bible. Another pronunciation is Yahweh, which is believed to be the most accurate pronunciation by most scholars.
When the Masorettes translated the Hebrew text they noted that since the Name "YHWH" had become too sacred to be pronounced, the Hebrew word "Adonai" or "Elohim" meaning Lord or God, should be put in place of YHWH.

Why all this controversy? Jesus Christ himself told us what name we should call Him when we pray. "Father". Matthew 6:9
Those of you who are being consumed by argument of how to pronounce the tetragrammaton should contemplate this: Jesus Christ is the only name by which you can be saved.

The World Trade Center 9/11 Conspiracy Theory is something I definitely have to comment on. I witnessed the event and I was transfixed by CNN for the next twenty hours. I was by myself in a wilderness cabin and I watched that television from monday 9:00am till thursday afternoon when I broke free of this historical event....

This world we live in seems like it is full of godless people.

When I hear about stuff like this I can only assume the end is near.

And then there is Justin Berry who appeared on the Oprah Winfrey show. I searched some of the blogs and web sites with the keywords "Justin Berry" and there were over 635,000 pages mentioning him.

I noticed a lot of people saying he knew what he was doing and made a lot of money. To those people I have this to say:

Yes, he is 19 years old now, BUT when he was lured into this he was 13 years old. If he was 13 years old right now would you be saying those thoughtless comments about him? He did not start his web business when he was 19. A con artist pedophile lured him, trapped him, and destroyed his innocence. You say Justin made hundreds of thousands of dollars. How much more did the predators make?

13 year old Justin (who is still inside 19 year old Justin), is innocent in my respectful view.

If you have a teenage boy or girl with a web cam in their bedroom you had better not think this cannot happen to you.
God bless and heal Justin Berry.

God is love. Love is patient and kind. Evil is destruction and death and threats thereof. In the free world everyone is entitled to their opinion, as long as they are not hurting (or killing) anyone.
